Whats a readme file?
It’s a single text file (you can create it with emacs), that you will submit with every assignment. It should contain a brief narrative documenting what the various portions of your code do and how they do it. It should also include all of the output that the assignment asks for. Be sure to write this file carefully; the grader will read this file first. See /u/cs126/examples/readme for a sample readme file.
