Whats a penis and what does it do?
The penis is the male reproductive and sexual organ. The head is loaded with nerve endings, which is what makes sex feel good. When the spongy tissue of the penis fills with blood, the penis becomes hard. That is called an erection. Inside the penis is a tube called the urethra. Semen passes through the urethra when a guy ejaculates (cums). This happens when he has an orgasm. Semen contains the sperm, or reproductive cells, that can make a girl pregnant. Urine (pee) also travels through the urethra and comes out through the hole in the tip of the penis. It is impossible to pee and cum at the same time.
