Whats a Party without some Sausage balls?
It never fails. When the girls at work put their heads together and decide it’s time for everyone to bring in a dish and have a little party, someone inevitably says something like “Nedi better bring her sausage balls”. You’d think the end of civilization as we now know it could come to an end if these girls don’t get their monthly dose of sausage balls. The craziest thing is that Sausage Balls are one of the easiest things to throw together. In the words of my favorite guy, Emeril Lagasse, “Hey, Baby, we ain’t doing rocket science here”. The ingredients are so simple. You’ll need: 1 pound of sausage 1 cup of shredded cheese 2 cups of Bisquick That’s it, the whole she-bang, the whole enchilada. Ok, so maybe it’s not quite that simple.
