The price ranges quite a bit in Cancun for All-Inclusive resorts. The more you are willing to pay, the better the quality of the resort and food will be. The adults only properties tend to be more quiet however the Temptation Resort, formerly known as Blue Bay Getaway is more for the party crowd.
