If you want something that resembles Wikipedia as much as possible, there is nothing better than the real thing, so if that is your most important requirement, I’d go for Mediawiki. I’ve not used it myself, but seen it in use on an increasing number of websites lately, so I wouldn’t believe that it’s very hard to set up. However some server administration experience will be an advantage when installing *any* Wiki, probably you shouldn’t do that for your first homepage ever (but you probably knew that). That said, I have tried Tikiwiki myself and was quite satisfied with it.
