OmniWeb 3.1 published by Omni Group will run on OpenStep 4.2. You’ll need to run OmniWeb 2.x on NextStep 3.x or OpenStep 4.1. As of this writing, you can find copies for download at ftp://ftp.omnigroup.com/pub/software/Archive, as well as some other archives.
