Whats a good way to start my senior project?
All seniors have to do a big project at our school (20% of our grade!) We have to have a cute, catchy opening. It can be in the form of a question, an anecdote, or just some facts. I need help coming up with an opening. Here’s what I did for my project. I read and wrote four papers on the novel The Color Purple. I’m going to be talking about different aspects for the book. From our research, we have to pull a product- something we do or make that is connected to the research. I raised a chicken from an egg, and I’m going to have a poster documenting the process as well as actually bringing the chicken to school. I have everything planned out… I just can’t think of an opening! I was gonna ask them if they wanted chicken nuggets and have a container of them… but, I was told that was stupid. So I need any ideas! Please! I present tomorrow at 5pm. Any ideas, however big or small, are greatly appreciated!
