Whats a good way to determine what I need as a maintenance/prophylactic dose?
Our suggestion: if when you take your first dose or two of Waterfall D-Mannose, you find that your urine is smelly or cloudy – that is a fairly obvious sign that there could be E.coli attached to your bladder, and you should use treatment level until at least you finish one pack. If instead your urine is clear and not smelly, you are probably safe just to take one spoonful a day as a maintenance dose.
