Whats a good, relatively less painful place to get a tattoo for a woman?

Peoples threshold for pain differs and regardless of location getting stuck with needles isn’t a pleasant experience. With saying that the best area’s to get a tattoo in terms of minimizing pain are those area where you got some cushion (fat) and it doesn’t have a high concentration of nerves. Though women seem to love these locations, the foot, ankle, wrist are all ouchy points (as is the area down below, the face, ribs, joints). As you are aiming to keep the tattoo hidden due to work concerns you won’t want it on your arms (unless you always wear long sleeved shirts or its small / high enough to be hidden by a short sleeve shirt), face, kneck (or high enough on the shoulder it peeks out) and maybe even the calf depending if you wear skirts that won’t cover it (if you wear pants than its not a concern). Good locations (IMO), your calf (if you wear pants), your upper thigh, areas of your back and your rear end.
