Whats a good photography camera??????
You can get some very good used equipment for that price. New York’s B&H Photo and Video has a large used department, with specific grades on each item they sell. They are a very respectable store, I use them for just about any video or photo purchase I make. There are many decent film SLR cameras within that range. SLR (single lens reflex) cameras generally allow you great control over your photographs, with a manual focus ring, an aperture ring, shutter speed selection, things like that. They’ll often include some automatic features as well. Actually, I’ve found some NEW equipment within your range that might work for you. The Nikon FM10, at $249, has received good reviews. Shoots on 35mm film. A family member has one of those, or at least one very similar to it. Loves the thing, and uses it for photography class (EDIT: it is indeed the FM10.
