Hypothetically speaking here right? Strychnine is often found around homes and used in rat poison. It creates muscle spasms and breathing difficulty and death rapidly follows if untreated. Cyanide may be another substance as well. Hydrogen cyanide may be synthesized directly from ammonia and carbon monoxide or from ammonia, oxygen (or air), and natural gas. Both of these and most other poisons are still detectable in an autopsy. Sorry…Hope this helps.
