surf is very popular they socialize a lot weekends they go out, almost everyone have fun on the streets of lima, full of night clubs and the night live is vivid teens and people in their 30s 40s hang out in barranco and miraflores older people, maybe 50s or 60s get together in places called “Penas” mostly for people their age and/or they do big parties on sundays (barbecue parties with the whole family etc and everyone gets drunk) Penas can also be for young people. Locals know which Pena to go. Hello. I was born in Peru 16 years ago! (Almost 17) But anyway.. A typical day in Peru is based on where. In Lima (Capital) you will find locals hanging out on beaches, near malls or the Center City. It’s really not much different from here (U.S.A.) After all we have similar facilities and such. As for school, the only thing diff. is even Public Schools wear uniforms.
