Whats a couple of advantages of only using one Java Pod for an eight-ounce cup of coffee or tea?

One Java Pod for an eight-ounce cup is better than other pods needing two for at least two reasons: (1) During the brew, Java Podz coffee or tea only passes through one layer of filter paper by using just one pod; for the two-pod types, the coffee or tea in the top pod has to pass through the bottom filter paper of the top pod, the top filter paper of the bottom pod, the saturated coffee or tea of the bottom pod, and then the bottom filter paper of the bottom pod (whew!); (2) storing one Java Podz for every two of the others obviously saves almost half the space.
