Whats a Basic Strategy for Building a Team?
Very Simple: Understanding the principle that “you get back what you send out” (what comes around goes around), we have developed a very successful 3 step process. • Send at least 1 unexpected card per day (this is a card expressing gratitude, thanks, happy birthday, nice to meet you, look forward to seeing you, etc), • Send at least 1 “First Look” card per day (This card briefly describes the business and includes a free DVD explaining the System) • Walk at least 1 person per day through sending a card on a Gift Account.
