What zones are changing?
All zones are “changing” under DLEP 2009 as they will be under a new LEP and will have new standard zone names as prescribed in the Standard Instrument LEP template. However, generally, zones are put into a “like” zone, for example, land that is currently in the low density Residential 2(a) zone will be zoned to into a Residential “R” group. Likewise, current Environment and Scenic Conservation zones will be aligned to Environment Management “E” zones as much as possible.
