What year of NIMS compliance requirements must applicants follow?
Applicants should be compliant with FY 2008 NIMS requirements. Guidance developed by the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools in collaboration with the Department of Homeland Security is available for 2007 NIMS requirements but has not yet been updated for the 2008 NIMS requirements.
