What XLERPLATE® steel sizes are available from BlueScope Steel?
The size schedules for all of BlueScope Steel’s most commonly made XLERPLATE® and hot rolled strip products are available on this site as part of the products details, or alternately can be obtained from BlueScope Steel distributors. XLERPLATE® Availability is grade determined, and is presented on a width x thickness x runout length (ROL) range of parent slab basis. When a slab is rolled it will produce plate of one width & thickness. The run out length is the total length of the parent slab. The parent slab is subsequently cut into the desired customer plate lengths required. This generally means that the unique plate length, multiplied by the number of plates ordered, will equal a total plate length (which will be a multiple of the ROL). It may also be possible to group items of the same width & thickness for special projects. Contact Us should you need assistance in interpreting our plate size schedules.
