A yeast infection will usually look like any other yeast infection in an adult, including in males. There may be a whitish trace of what looks like wet shredded toilet paper or there may be none visible however there will usually be that yeast smell though not neccessarly strong. The redness may depend on the fact that there will be that burning itching in periodic episodes. If you ever had one of these monster infections you know they are awful. The yogurt is good for regular maintenance, don’t think I am crazy but unless you are gonna douche with the yogurt it is not gonna give immediate help and they need it. Looking in my herbal books I find a douche of 3 drops each of lavender and tea tree essential oils, 3 cups of warm water, 2 heaping tablespoons of yogurt. Combine ingredients in a douch bag.
