What would the site be used for if it is not leased to the Canberra Islamic School?
The site is zoned medium density residential (RZ4) with a Future Urban overlay in the Territory Plan. It is anticipated that about 150 medium density housing units could be developed on the site. ACTPLA has previously consulted with the community about the use of the site for medium density housing.
