Here is what I suggest. Get your 2 year degree and then get an entry level job in your industry. Work VERY hard as this is much more important than any piece of paper. Try to get a job with a larger vompany that offer tuition assistance and then go back to school part time to get your 4 year degree and beyond. Companies love to promote from within and if you work your butt off and they pay for you to go to school, then you are more likely to get promoted. There are several VP’s and presidents of companies that started at the bottom. One of the VP’s of McDonald’s started there flipping burgers and now she is a vice president. There is no replacement for hard work and dedication.
