What would happen to the Contract & Task and Term workers if the Union gets in?
A9. One of the biggest things that would happen are the workers would have a hire date, so you would know how long you would be on contract for. The Contact & Task and Term workers would all be covered by a Collective Agreement as well as the Full Time Team Members – Cambridge Toyota could not take away or change anything regarding benefits, holidays, hours of work, etc.
