It is Government’s intention to implement the new pricing formula not later than 15 th February 2005. February 15 is a guide to action. It is a point of reference in the implementation of the new pricing formula. But it is not a magic date. The whole exercise remains progressive and ongoing. It is an expression of intention and can be reviewed.
