What would happen if my shipment is damaged or with incomplete documentation when it arrives to Merkalink ?
If your purchase arrives damaged, Merkalink.com will notify you via e-mail asking for your authorization to send it back to the store where you bought it. If the shipment arrives with incomplete documentation (without invoice or an incomplete bill) Merkalink.com will make all the reasonable efforts to solve the problem for you within the next five days without extra charges. If our service department is not able to solve the problem within five days, we will notify you via e-mail for you to solve it.
