What would happen if I have a balance on my MedRep Rewards card, for a particular participating restaurat that goes out of business?

Unfortunately you would lose your rewards balance for that participating restaurant. We do not credit members for any dispute with a participating restaurant. MedRep Rewards considers this situation unlikely due to the strict criteria we have in place for selecting restaurants to be a part of our program. The restaurants in our program are well established.
