What would happen if I go to a police station to sell doughnuts?

No! Here’s why: 1. You are insulting police officers by stereotyping them as lazy donut-eaters…not likely to get you any sales. 2. Most business and public offices have policies against soliciting 3. Some cities require you to have some kind of seller’s license, and may even require non-profits to have such a license. 4. There have been incidences in the past where edible “goodies” have been presented to police officers only to discover that they were laced with something not originally in the recipe. This could get such offerings view suspiciously. Why not try selling them to your neighbors, as someone mentioned to family, to parents co-workers, etc. There are probably a lot of places where you can sell your donuts without the problems that might come from attempting to sell at the local police station.

I think the police would find it am musing and probably buy some, because you had the courage to go in there.
