What would happen if cops rocked up at an underage party – alcohol involved?
Partying is not a crime in and of itself, but police have the right to break the party up if it keeps someone up- anyone can call the police and complain and they can tell you keep it quiet or head off home. If they caught anyone drinking underage, then you could find yourself in legal trouble if they catch you out, which would probably land you with a criminal record. It’s illegal, and hence they can arrest you for it.
