What would cause shaky hands?

Red blood cells carry oxygen. If you’re anemic, you lack enough of these so it makes you tired & shaky. Anxiety, too much caffeine, low blood pressure, low blood sugar, or some neurological problems cause this. There are so many causes! Usually anemia (low iron) causes fatigue & paleness. A good way to check for this is to look in a mirror, pull down your lower eyelid. If the color under your eye itself & eyelid is pink, chances are your iron is normal. If there is little to no pinkness, check your pulse at rest. If it’s higher than 90 or 100, it’s a good indicator you may be low in iron. For starters, eat a balanced diet (foodpyramid.gov) and a multivitamin with iron. Most health food stores carry a liquid supplement, which worked faster for me when I had anemia (dissolves & is utilized more efficiently than a pill).
