What would be the sanction if the buyer construct his house at the wrong lot?
In the event the owner constructs his house on a wrong lot, the owner shall automatically remove the said construction at his expenses; otherwise the ULDI and/or VDMHAI shall immediately remove the same at the owner’s expense without the necessity of court order without criminal and/or civil liability whatsoever, on the part of the corporation, its officers and employees.
