What would be the partnerships and committees above belonging communities?
A – Within the proposals for a new unitary, there are three Areas and it is proposed that a Council Committee will operate within each of those three areas. There may be a partnership that runs alongside that and the belonging community forums would feed into that structure. Within the new unitary, there will be one Local Service Provider.
