What would be the most important bolded or italicized words that should stick out?
The headings should stand out to the employers so that at a glance they can find what theyre looking for. I also suggest italicizing or boldfacing the name of your degrees/certificates as well as your job titles. Usually headings should be font-size up from the rest of the text but no bigger that 12 or 13.
