What would be the ideal water to place in the Mug?
Ą It is always best to use the best water available to you as the input water for the Mug. Starting out with purified or spring water, rather than tap water, is better, and the very best water would be spring water that has already been filtered and energized by units such as the Wand plus the Counter Top Water Filter. There are two types of water we recommend that you should NOT use: Distilled water (D), and reverse osmosis (RO) water. Both D and RO water will leach substances from their plastic containers, and metal pipes. If you are using bottled water, query your supplier to make sure he does not use either of these. Both D and RO water are devoid of all minerals, and therefore behave like a vacuum, and have aggressive solvent properties. Therefore when they enter the body, they tend to leach beneficial minerals from your body to balance their vacuum out. They can also leach beneficial electrolytes. If you must, you can leave D or RO water in the Mug for up to 24 hours without harm
