What would be the effects on small and medium-sized company towards globalisation?
Globalisation is about building an international economic and political order. (You can’t have an economic order without a political order – i.e. administration.) The political administrative bodies will favour the larger businesses, as governments always do, since they are the highest bidders. They will jsutify this by saying that they are “the most economically impottant players”. An example of this is the bailing out of the big banks – because all their customers depend on them not collapsing. An international order will exist at the expense of the inedependence of nations. The developed nations will be required to subsidise the undeveloped countires via both government foreign aid, development loans and the movement of manufacturing and jobs to poorer countries, where costs are lower.Loans to undeveloped countries never get repaid becaseu tehy never develop. To develop, they would have to adopt free enterpirse capitalism, but the dictators in control of them don’t want freedom. Sin
