What would be the difference between a true leader and a manager?
A manager manages people under him, a leaders goes everywhere around him. As far as I’m concerned, everybody is a leader in my world. Even in my organizations, I give them a percent of my businesses too, so that way they are motivated. In this case, would you work harder, as opposed to your monthly salary? Of course you will. IF you just get paid a salary, you work hard enough to not get out and your boss will only pay you enough so you won’t quit.
