The difference between almost any BS and BA is the number of liberal arts classes outside of the major needed for graduation compared to the number of science classes. Usually, it’s about 12 hours of one and 6 of the other; a BA would require 12 hours of liberal arts outside of the major and 6 hours of sciences while a BS would require 12 hours of science outside the major and 6 liberal arts. I have a BS in English, BTW.
