Virgin trains do not run from Waterloo. Virgin trains run from London Euston. To get there from Waterloo, take the Northern Line on the Underground northbound. Tubes run every couple of minutes and the journey will take you 10 minutes. Once at Euston, there is a huge area to the left of the station dedicated to Virgin trains where you will find the lounge, fast ticket machines and ticket offices. Have a good trip.
