What would be the better vacation in July, the Smokey Mountains, TN or Pensacola area, FL. Why?
It depends entirely on what you want – beach or mountains. Of course, it will be cooler in the TN mountains than at a FL beach. Don’t worry too much about hurricane season. Unlike with earthquakes and tornadoes, there is plenty of warning. Just don’t pre-pay your hotel and you will be able to adjust if necessary.
