What would be the best way to build up triceps and biceps on a weight bench?
There is a huge variety without a bench. But with a bench for tris I like close grip bench press, french press or scull crushers. There is a dumbbell exercise by laying flat on your back you hold the dumbbells up like you are going to press them, bend your arms and touching one side of the dumbbell to your chest in a hinge motion, you can do both at the same time or individually. For biceps lay flat on bench and do regular dumbbell curls, using a fuller range of motion, almost touching the dumbbels to the floor, great for depth in the bicep. There are a million different things to do, be creative and when you find something that works great let us know.
