What would be the best reason for a resignation letter?
The best reason is, of course, the truth. But many times, the truth may not be appreciated by the reader/receiver of the letter. So, sugar-coat it. Do not say anything negative against the company and its officials. Your next employer will surely ask your former employers on your past performance. Say something generic in your reason for leaving. If you are still young, enroll in some seminars/trainings which will help you in future work assignments.
