I am 6’1″ tall and ride a 21″ GT mountain bike. Handlebars are barely tall enough with this frame. Please remember, it is easy to achieve the correct seat to bottom bracket distance for your inseam length. Extra long seat posts are available. The correct handlebar height is much harder to achieve. This is the reason for the correct size frame.
