What would be the best area to look at for residential property in Goa?
That is a matter of taste and what you can afford. Property in close proximity to the sea is obviously much more expensive than the countryside. One should, however, always consider that once you live in Goa, you are no longer a tourist and as such your requirements are likely to be far different from those of tourists and short-term visitors.
