Non-competitive bids will be allowed up to 5 per cent of the notified amount in the specified auctions of dated securities, within the notified amount. That is, if the notified amount is Ra.1000 crore, the amount reserved for non-competitive bidders would be Rs.50 crore and the remaining Rs.950 crore will be put up for competitive auctions.
