I agree with the first poster. Even if you have to use a larger number of the fassinors to secure what I am assuming will be a heavy piece of metal to the wall, it will take less effort on your part to make and less repair for the landlord should you decide to move. You could put the metal in to a nice, decorative frame as well. If you get the kind of chalkboard paint that is a spray, you can take the piece of metal outside and get it coated and dry in a much shorter amount of time than you would spend doing 6 coats of magnetic paint and then a number of coats of the chalkboard paint. Even if you had to do 4 coats of chalkboard paint on the metal, it would still be much much faster than having to do 10 coats, with a few hours wait in between each coat for the wall painting. With the metal, you could do it in one afternoon and not a whole week/end. I would say do the metal sheet. Just make 100% sure that you have the right hardware to hold a heavy piece of metal to your wall!! The last
