what i like to do is have a nice medley of vegetables ,on sundays when i do a roast i have a nice big dish of veg just with a nice selection , cabbage (i love with pork) peas ,carrots,broccoli and turnip whatever is in season it looks nice and everyone just spoons out what they want oh and mash is a must of course !
