What would a o vote mean for the early action Scottish Executive money?
The £100m allocated for the Early Action Programme, including £45m from the Scottish Executive, is unconditional. Money that has been spent will not have to be paid back if tenants vote against housing transfer. However, all additional Community Ownership Programme and additional central government funding would immediately stop if tenants were to vote ‘no’.
