What would a Mobile Home Park look for when doing a background check?
ok my aunt use to like 7 years ago though run a mobile home park they do the background check for many reasons; My aunt had a school by her and lots of kids in her mobile park so sex offenders where a No NO cause of school zoning also how long ago people where arrested for drug use because the longer theBetterr it shows that ur on the right track anything within the year or two shows you may still be using andthat’ss a big scare fortraffickingg or police coming all the time. Its basically to see what kind of problems may pop up and how long ago was it my aunt didnt like to rent to people who had been in jail a lot because fromexperiencee they get arrested than you have to clean out there mobile home and dispose of there crap and get stuck with no rent money and then get to deal with the jerk coming back and being pissed you didnt save there stuff for the 6 months or how ever long they where locked up for. my auntprofferedd two types of people she had it set up nice to on one side it wa
