What works for Organizational Development / Change Management programmes?
I ask the question because I am continuing to develop a broader customer base for one of the programmes that we call “Selling Skills for Non-Sales Professionals”. That said, the question is applicable to multiple content creators and Subject Matter Experts, so first of all I hope that this does not get flagged as an advert as that is not the point of the question. I’m not looking to sell the programme, just want to understand how to establish a franchised model. The programme is well defined, the benefits clear, yet its reach is as limited as our network – I’m therefore keen to explore how to widen its outreach through franchising the programme internationally, but don’t know how to go about doing this. Would love to hear from people who have followed this route previously and what experiences you can share. Thanks and regards Hamish.
