What workout routines are there for upper body definition?
Well it depends what you are looking for exactly, but i think www.myfit.ca has alot of information on workout routines as well as area/ sport specific routines. As for the nutritional part, id recommend keeping track with eiter www.fitday.com or www.mypyramid.gov. Both are free and can be used to keep you accountable. Go for High Protein, but drink adequate water.
