What words do you believe best describe ‘a day in the life’ of a Team Manager, Client Services at the TAC ?
Innovative- exploring new ways of doing things that leads to more efficient and effective outcomes for stakeholders. Challenging- you deal with people every day who have different expectations. Working to meet their needs and hopefully exceed their expectations is a challenge. Rewarding- you are often dealing with people who have been through a traumatic experience. Being able to assist these people and achieve positive outcomes for them is a truly rewarding experience. What do you believe makes an effective Team Manager, Client Services within the TAC ? Good communication skills, this includes active listening. Be prepared to admit your mistakes. Be open to different perspectives and views. Question, asking “why” or “how” questions is a really good way of driving innovation. How would you describe the work culture at the TAC ?
