The technology available and the nature of student tasks may determine the variety of word processing functions and features that may be used. Some of the features and functions used may include the following: Entering text: Using the alphanumeric keyboard and the wraparound feature; correcting errors while keyboarding; using appropriate function and code keys; and using the most efficient cursor movement method. Students could be encouraged to use a template if one is available.
