PS2 online is free. You will need an Ethernet cable to go from the back of the PS2 to your router/modem. If you have an old PS2 not a slimline you will need to have an extra piece of hardware it (PS2 network adapter), but the slimline has it built it. You should also have a disk for it which you need to set it up.
